Our twist on a traditional latin-inspired Chimichurri sauce. Check out the recipe below, and serve it over a perfectly grilled Goodstock steak.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
½ cup parsley
4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 shallot (rough chopped)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons red chili flake
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
2. Pulse blender until everything is chopped and combined to the consistency of your liking.
3. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate before serving. For optimal taste, prepare in advance and let set for 24-48 hours.
