After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer.

Orders placed AFTER 11:00 a.m. (CST) Monday- Wednesday will be shipped out the following business day for expected arrival one day later.

All packages ordered Friday BEFORE 11:00 a.m. (CST) are eligible for Saturday delivery, but are subject to additional shipping charges ($59.99 shipping fee).

We only ship products to the continental United States (this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands).
