GIFT CARD FAQ:
- After purchasing the gift card, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout online only to redeem its value.
- If your first purchase does not add up to the full amount of your e-gift card, the unused balance will be redeemable in subsequent purchases online.
- Gift card codes are considered currency, so only you can see the full gift card code. If you misplace the code, please email howdy@goodstocktx.com and request a resend of the gift card.
- Online gift cards do not expire.
- Not redeemable in store. For online purchases only.
- If you are sending the gift card as a gift, please forward your email confirmation to the recipient.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Treat this e-gift card like cash. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
- e-gift cards can be redeemed only online at https://goodstocktx.com/
- This e-gift card is non-refundable, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
- Once the e-gift card is activated it is not transferable to anyone else.
- Goodstock e-gift cards do not have activation charges, or service fees.
- Goodstock is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.
- Goodstock reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Goodstock e-gift card is redeemed on purchases.

For best results, remove the vacuum-sealed steaks from the box and thaw overnight in your refrigerator. You can also thaw the sealed steaks in cold water for 30-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer.
The cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed steaks.

Orders placed AFTER 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Wednesdays through Sundays will be shipped out the following Monday.
Rush Shipping:
All packages selected for rush delivery BEFORE 11:00 a.m. (CST) Monday- Thursday will be shipped out on the same day for an expected arrival the next business day. ($39.99 shipping fee)
Orders placed AFTER 11:00 a.m. (CST) Monday- Wednesday will be shipped out the following business day for expected arrival one day later.
Orders placed AFTER 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Thursday- Sundays will be shipped out the following Monday.
Saturday Delivery
All packages ordered Friday BEFORE 11:00 a.m. (CST) are eligible for Saturday delivery, but are subject to additional shipping charges ($59.99 shipping fee).
Shipping Exclusions
We only ship products to the continental United States (this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands).
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or P.P.O addresses. Please make sure that all addresses are complete and accurate as well as telephone numbers to ensure the most efficient deliveries.
