Great steaks

I received a gift card for Goodstock for Christmas. I ordered four prime ribeyes and received them last week. The packaging material was great and the steaks arrived frozen. thawed them out this weekend and cooked them last night. Absolutely mouthwatering. Delicious beef flavor and juicy. As good as any steak restaurant.

I've purchased meat from the shop in Round Rock and via the website....both experiences have been excellent! Their steaks are the best!

For best results, remove the vacuum-sealed steaks from the box and thaw overnight in your refrigerator. You can also thaw the sealed steaks in cold water for 30-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer.

The cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed steaks.
