Here at Goodstock, we stand behind our products and choose partners who conduct themselves with the same honesty and integrity that we hold ourselves accountable to. This doesn’t mean we’re perfect, but just like Nolan, we set our bar high with everything we do. We promise to approach each unique customer service response in a timely fashion and with an open mind.

In-Store Policy

Fresh Meat Case Items and Pre-Packaged Chilled Items

We are confident in the quality of our fresh cut meat and other chilled products–so much so that we guarantee you’ll be satisfied with those purchases if handled and prepared properly to the directions provided. All of the perishable products we sell in-store are hand selected and prepared, to ensure the highest standards are met. Should any of our products not meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 7 days with your proof-of-purchase to exchange for a replacement item or in-store credit.

Custom Made Goods

All custom-made Goodstock branded goods (including grills, cutting boards, knives, and aprons) are final sale. These items are stocked by custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard Returns and Exchanges of Non-Perishable Items

At this time, we do not offer refunds but will gladly exchange an item for a replacement or in-store credit within 14 days with proof-of-purchase. Items that cannot be returned for in-store credit are items that are damaged.

Discount Code Returns

If you purchased any product with a discount code, we will gladly exchange or credit your item for the same or lesser value if they are returned within the parameters defined above.

In-Store Credit

In-store credit can be redeemed within 30 days of receiving the credit. Check your credit receipt, email or text for additional parameters and details for specific promotions and holidays.

Perishable Returns

Due to our products being perishable we do not accept returns.  If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at: wecare@goodstocktx.com.

Shipping Concerns

If incorrect items were shipped please contact us at wecare@goodstocktx.com within 7 days of arrival.

Perishable Product Quality Concerns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product upon arrival please contact us at wecare@goodstocktx.com within 7 days for a replacement or refund of the full purchase price.  If only a portion of the package was unsatisfactory, a partial refund or replacement may be issued.  All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Discount Code Refunds

If refunds are requested and a discount code was applied during initial payment, we will gladly credit your order for the same value if we are notified within 7 days of product delivery.  Please email us at: wecare@goodstocktx.com.

Merchandise Concerns

If you are not satisfied with your Goodstock purchase, we offer returns for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.  Provided that the product(s) have not been used and still in original packaging.

Additional Information for Goodstock Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be items related to Goodstock by Nolan Ryan. No returns on items purchased outside of goodstocktx.com  
  • All return requests must be initially submitted through wecare@goodstocktx.com. Upon submission a representative will reach out to finalize the return process.  Please note: all returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • All merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • A $9.99 return/restocking fee will be subtracted from the original payment for all returns (based upon products ordered)
  • Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.  Goodstock does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.

Shipping Your Merchandise Return

Our guidelines for shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • Package your items securely to ensure that no damage incurs during transit.
  • You may use the original packaging or your own. Please make sure to remove any existing shipping labels from the packaging prior to shipping back to us.
  • If possible, please include any related paperwork from the original purchase.
  • Place return label (Goodstock provides) securely to the top of the package.
  • Ship your return package based on the carrier of the shipping label provided. We recommend saving a copy of your return receipt for your records.
