Good Taste but we Received 1 Bad Cut.

While we found the steaks had great taste, one of the 8 oz filets was an end cut and had a lot of gristle, and 1 of the filets was already browning when thawed out. I think for $53.33 per pound, they should not send an end cut and the meat should not start browsing. We are up in the air on whether or not we will re-order.

For best results, remove the vacuum-sealed steaks from the box and thaw overnight in your refrigerator. You can also thaw the sealed steaks in cold water for 30-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer.

The cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed steaks.

Christmas- All packages ordered BEFORE 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Wednesday, December 20th (Standard Shipping) will be shipped out on the same day for arrival prior to Christmas Day. Rush Deliveries will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. (CST) Thursday, December 21st. No Saturday deliveries will be accepted past December 16th.

*No fulfillments will be sent out on Monday, December 25th. Fulfillments will resume on Tuesday, December 26th.

Standard Shipping:

Rush Shipping:
All packages selected for rush delivery BEFORE 11:00 a.m. (CST) Monday- Thursday will be shipped out on the same day for an expected arrival the next business day. ($39.99 shipping fee)

Orders placed AFTER 11:00 a.m. (CST) Monday- Wednesday will be shipped out the following business day for expected arrival one day later.

Saturday Delivery
All packages ordered Friday BEFORE 11:00 a.m. (CST) are eligible for Saturday delivery, but are subject to additional shipping charges ($59.99 shipping fee).

Shipping Exclusions
We only ship products to the continental United States (this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands).
