Cooking Instructions for Butcher Shop exclusives


Chicken Lollipops 

  1. Set your grill for indirect cooking and set the temperature to 375 degrees
  2. Place the drumsticks on the grill, use of the chicken rack is optional
  3. Cook until 150 degrees internal, approximately 30-45 minutes
  4. Dunk the chicken drumsticks in warmed up BBQ sauce and place back on the grill
  5. Cook until the meat registers 165 degrees internal temperature, remove, and rest 10 minutes before serving


Stuffed Chicken Breasts 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.

  2. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish, and brush with oil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 45 minutes.
