Announcing our exclusive beef sponsorship of
Texas Monthly BBQ.
For years, Texas Monthly has been one of the leading authorities on Texas BBQ. With an industry leading expert at the helm, Texas Monthly BBQ Editor, Daniel Vaughn, has traveled to every nook and cranny of Texas in search of the best Pitmasters in the state. He’s also recently been featured as the Texas BBQ expert in the NetFlix series Chef’s Table BBQ. Over the past 10 years, Texas Monthly has attracted meat-lovers from across the state to attend the ultimate BBQ event, Texas Monthly BBQ Fest. Goodstock is proud to be the exclusive beef sponsor of Texas Monthly BBQ Fest 2020. This year, Texas Monthly BBQ Fest is being brought to you October 24 - November 1, 2020 as a special backyard edition benefiting Feeding Texas and the network of food banks.
Texas Monthly BBQ Fest: Backyard Edition has been reimagined in order to be as safe as possible, and give BBQ fans three ways to partake; in-home via an exclusive Texas Monthly BBQ box sent directly to your door step, dining at participating BBQ joints themselves during BBQ week, and a virtual event from Daniel Vaughn’s backyard on November 1st.
Texas Monthly’s BBQ Fest finale on November 1, 2020 will be the ultimate BBQ lover’s dream. Hosted live by Daniel Vaughn in his backyard, he will be preparing and grilling up our very own Goodstock Angus Tomahawks and Beef Ribs. We sure are looking forward to seeing Daniel’s backyard BBQ creation with our beef. For BBQ Week, Goodstock is also offering BBQ joints custom orders for their off-menu creations because we understand that world-class BBQ joints have unique needs.
Our Goodstock beef is hand selected, hand cut and aged to perfection to ensure only the highest quality beef gets the name Goodstock. If you’re looking to start the Texas BBQ celebration early, swing by Goodstock and pick up some of our fresh cut Tomahawks for yourself and see if you’re creation can match Daniel’s on November 1st.
